Principal
Logan is an avid property investor himself and is always very keen to help share his knowledge to assist his clients to start or increase a property portfolio. He has years of experience in investment property, finance broking, property management and has the abilities to help you to achieve your investment goals in property.
Complimented by a very experienced and well trained Property Management Team using the most up to date computer software, your investments will be managed professionally and skilfully.
Logan is a keen Freemason and was Master of his mother Lodge, Ionic # 77 (Scottish Constitution) for two years running; is a companion of the Supreme Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Queensland; is a Knight of the Order of the Pelican and Eagle and a Sovereign Prince Rose Croix of H.D.R.M 18th Degree (Knight Templar).
Other interests include gardening (he is currently landscaping 6 acres); Ancient history and his pet dogs and Alpacas.
Andrew Green
Licensee
Andrew Green is the Licensee of Logan Steele Real Estate. As such, his knowledge of real estate and the district will greatly assist you in buying or selling property. Andrew has investment property himself and can certainly appreciate all of your needs and emotions when it comes to property management. Previous to entering the Real Estate Industry, he was very successful in management for many years in the McDonalds Restaurant world gaining a very thorough training in business skills and service industry.
Andrew is an active member of the Fire Brigade and is often seen after hours and for important situations, behind the wheel of a ‘big red truck’ racing off to a fire or road accident. Volunteers like Andrew are an important part of our society and as the owner of the business, Logan is very supportive of his service involvement.
He is a proud family man with two beautiful daughters. He is an active member of the local Presbyterian Church and leads services regularly. Soccer is his preferred sport and is an ‘all round’ player and is a regular player for the local Carlton United team. He loves ‘just being part of the team’ (even though he scores quite well).

Peter originally comes from an accounts & payroll department background. He has worked hard over the years to build his own rental portfolio and with his years of experience in real estate he is professional and is very capable of assisting you to get the most out of your rental property whether it be residential or commercial.

Deb is the face at the front of Logan Steele Real Estate. Deb's previous experience in Banking & Retail is a great asset to the team especially when it comes to Customer Service. Deb handles reception, is responsible for the upkeep of our 4 web pages, colour brochures & window displays. Deb is responsible for ensuring sale contracts and relevant correspondance is forwarded to solicitors, buyers & sellers promptly. A keen sportswoman who loves netball & soccer, her team spirit definitely reflects her work ethic.
Naomi Lawson
Business Development Manager
Naomi's joyful personality radiates where ever she goes. Her main roll is company accounts and payroll as well as commercial rental assistant. If you're needing commercial space, Naomi will be one of the team who can assist you. Naomi is also a keen netball player.
